"Made the car buying easy!"

I typically dread going into a dealership but Johnny Mac was super friendly and welcoming. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in, explained many of the features and then we took a test drive and loved the 2015 Ford Escape SE. When we got back to the dealership, he took time to answer questions about my trade-in and differences between that and our new car. He gave us a fair price and we signed the papers. I definitely would work with Johnny Mac again. I will mention De'al in Service because we needed guidance on repairs to the old car and he explained all that was wrong, and then pointed me to Johnny Mac. Both guys were great to work with.

Great staff and very helpful in finding exactly the car I was looking for. Kenny kept in contact with me for months while I was researching and trying to find the right truck. When I visited the dealership the process was relatively easy and I found the truck I wanted at the right price. Not to mention Kenny was able to support me after the sale and made sure the truck was running and looking like a new truck by the time I left! I felt like they still cared about my business even after I left with the truck.

"Awful Customer Service"

Don't get your vehicle serviced here!!! Even if I broke down right in front of the place I would get it towed somewhere else. Had an early morning appointment so I dropped my vehicle off the night before. Called the next night and they "didn't have time to get to it" so they'd need to keep it an extra day. It was finally ready to be picked up a full 48 hours after drop off. Issue was not fixed so again, scheduled an early morning appointment and dropped it off the night before. SAME STORY. I called that night and they "didn't have time to get to it" again so they'd need another day. A full 48 hours later and it was still not looked at so I picked it up to be serviced somewhere else. I'm sorry but last time I checked, an appointment is an allotted time set aside for something specific. What were they doing during this time?! So sad that it happened not once but twice. We are not rich folks who have spare vehicles laying around and are severely inconvenienced by their lack of time management skills. Very, very surprised they are even still in business if this is the way they treat customers.

This dealership goes above and beyond! My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the whole team at Ford of Clermont. Ken and all the staff made buying a new car a very good experiance. Ken listened to what we wanted. Definitely going back to Ford of Clermont to purchase future vehicles. I recommend anybody looking for reliable dealership with a great,friendly staff to shop with them. You wont regret it!

Found the vehicle I was looking for online and Ken answered the phone. Within moments Ken answered my questions and actually gave me an out the door price. I arrived at the dealership later that day and Ken showed me the vehicle, appraised my trade in and we quickly came to an agreement, From start to finish I was in and out in less than an hour with no hidden surprises. Ken was fair and honest and I would recommend him. Also I have to give kudos to the financing team as they did NOT give me any high pressure up sells! Its been 2 days since my purchase and I am very pleased with the experience. Thanks!

"Bought my second vehicle!"

In 2016 I purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang convertible from Ken. Yesterday, 2/11/18 I purchased my second vehicle 2018 Ford F-150 sport. I was so happy that Ken was still working there. After I purchased my mustang Ken called me 3 different times just to see if everything was ok with the mustang. This in itself was very impressive. In this day and age customer service is sorely missing. When I wanted a second vehicle there was no hesitation, I was going back to ford of Clermont. Everyone there is courteous, professional and straight forward. I encourage anyone wanting a vehicle, call Ken you will be very pleasantly surprised. He does exactly what he says he will do.
